Depending on the specific item and item description, your refunds will be provided accordingly.For example while manufacturing frame sets there may be a very common small chip on certain parts of the frame.If you dont wish to accept it ,refund will be provided however you have to send us back the original package in good condition.Else refund willl not be provided.IF item has a very visible defect(dented frame, broken fork etc),please rest assured that we will provide you with the full refund to your preferred payment method straight away.Refunding just because you changed your mind will not be entertained
